Job Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues in a timely manner, promoting fixes to the production environment whilst adhering to internal IT processes such as version control, change management etc. to provide fast response, diagnostic and remediation of system faults that arise through day-to-day operation.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications.
Utilising in-depth technical knowledge to provide third-line application support to a broad range of in-house or vendor supplied applications, investigating technical issues and developing new techniques for building appropriate improvements to solutions.
Implementing, unit testing and integrating new applications or installing new releases/hotfixes/updates as they become available.
Administer and maintain firm's suite of business applications while performing routine system backups and upgrades within the Production environment as well as monitoring, recording and responding to requests for support.
Acting as subject matter expert on core applications, providing training and support to end-users on application functionalities.
Skills Required
Excellent problem-solving skills with a technical aptitude in software support necessary to investigate and resolve problems in an expedient manner and with a commitment to client service and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels. Liaising with users, operations, development staff, as well as stakeholders and senior management.
Good knowledge of Win 11, Azure, AD, O365, Exchange, Aderant, Intapp, Interaction and iManage.
Any experience of SQL Server, Win Server, IIS, Visual Basic, C# or similar programming languages.
This role offers hybrid working - 2 days WFH.
