Our top tier international law firm client are currently looking to take on a new AV Technician (Law Firm, AV, Audio Visual, Conferencing tools) on a permanent basis. The firm are going through a major business transformation which has taken them from a static mid-sized firm to an extremely fast growing and innovative law firm.
This AV Technician (Law Firm, AV, Audio Visual, Conferencing tools) role will be responsible for supporting a new office moving taking place over the coming months and ensuring the AV spaces are set-up and running correctly.
To be considered for this Senior AV Technician (Law Firm, AV, Audio Visual, Conferencing tools) role, it's ideal you have:
Ideal but not required law firm experience
3+ years within AV support
Strong understanding of Microsoft products (MS Teams, 365, Teams rooms etc)
Main duties for the role:
Oversee the setup and operation of AV equipment for live events, conferences, and meetings
Coordinate with event planners and stakeholders to understand AV requirements and provide solutions.
Manage inventory and maintenance of AV equipment.
Train and supervise junior AV staff and technicians.
Stay up to date with the latest AV technology and trends.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AV-related issues.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate AV systems with organizational infrastructure.
