Job Specifications

1st/2nd line Support Analyst required by large, complex organisation.

Your role will be to provide initial triage to all tickets/support requests received by the IT Service Desk. You will be able to demonstrate previous technical support experience in a similar capacity. Previous experience of supporting Audio Visual (AV) hardware, software and services would be a strong advantage.

The role requires 5 days/week on site presence in Bath.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy service desk, supporting a wide range of systems and technologies.
