As a Senior Manager, you'll lead and mentor a team of CDH specialists focused on delivering Real Time decisioning strategies that optimize customer experiences and business outcomes.
Picture Yourself at Pega: You'll be a hands-on leader guiding a team of expert consultants who work 1:1 with clients to implement sophisticated customer engagement engines, personalization strategies, and Real Time decisioning solutions. Your role will blend coaching, commercial acumen, and solution excellence to drive both team performance and measurable business impact for our clients. You will also need to be a passionate change agent, working across the business to build our relationships and pipeline with internal Sales Teams, Partners and Customers.
