We are working with a prestigious technology business who are seeking a dynamic and enabling leader. You will come with IT outsourcing and commercial experience and you will be people orientated.
The role of Head of Business legal will be responsible for supporting the business in UKI and advise on a range of commercial matters including drafting and negotiating a broad range of arrangements, analysis and advice relating to the new technology, horizon scanning new laws and regulations.
Projects may include IT & data licensing, data storage, software/app development, system integration, managed services, data security, cloud services, IoT, SaaS, PaaS, AI, and R&D activities.
You will also lead a team of six dynamic lawyers.
The successful candidate will come with:
Strong academics with law firm training and post qualification experience with a minimum of 12 years PQE.
IT outsourcing and commercial legal experience.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience of working within complex multinational business and international work.
Experience in leading a team.
Be self-motivated and have courage to challenge and push boundaries.
This opportunity is fixe days a week with flexible remote working supported but will be happy to be in London office at least three days a week.
