Execute project work plans, escalating risks and coordinating client communication to ensure timely delivery
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for clients
Build data visualization tools, dashboards, and reports for client consumption
Identify areas of opportunity and develop actionable strategies to enhance customer relationships
Perform data mapping, validation, and quality assurance to maintain data integrity throughout the reporting pipeline What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor\'s degree required, preferably in Information Systems, Health Care Informatics, mathematics, statistics, finance, or related fields
1-2 years of relevant experience in healthcare analytics or consulting
Proven analytical skills with large data sets and ability to communicate complex information clearly
U.S. Work Authorization required
Experience with healthcare data sets, including claims and financial performance data How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Recent experience in healthcare consulting, analytics, or technical roles within a professional services firm environment
Advanced knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, QuickSight, or Power BI
Strong written communication skills for creating client deliverables that meet quality standards
