Type: Permanent

Salary: PS45,000 - PS55,000

Location: South East OR Sheffield

On/Offside: Hybrid - mostly remote with some on-site work

Security Clearance: SC Clearance

Start Date: ASAP

We're hiring a Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer to support and enhance complex enterprise IT environments, with a strong focus on Azure, Terraform, and modern infrastructure practices. This is an exceptional role to push forward your career within a busy consultancy, who are quickly growing into an industry leader in the gov/defence consulting sector.

Key Skills/responsibilities:

Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Entra ID)
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep)
Azure networking and security
Windows Server (2012-2022), Active Directory
Office 365, VMware/Hyper-V, SANs, clustering
Microsoft System Center (SCOM)
MS SQL troubleshooting

Responsibilities:

Support cloud and on-prem IT infrastructure
Troubleshoot incidents and major issues
Work with project teams on service handovers
Write and maintain technical documentation
Follow change control and ITSM processes
Two weeks on/two weeks off rota

Bonus:

SC and NVVP3 Clearance
