PROFILE
The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) at Oetker Collection is our key tool to manage and analyze guest interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
Used across the Collection by the various departments of the hotels and headquarter, and based on Dynamics 365 CRM, the system, still in implementation phase, requires your help for user systemadoption, third-party deployment and integration, project support and more.
Part of the Marketing team, you'll be led to collaborate closely with various departments, including IT, Distribution, Sales, as well as directly with the hotels.
Liaise with the different hotels (front-desk, marketing, etc...) to ensure all needs are met in accordance with global guidelines.
Analyze and anticipate the user needs, assist in designing appropriate solutions.
Take part in the end-user training in direct as well as with the implementation of support documents.
Contribute to system optimisation by being a direct support to end users. Collect feedbacks and provide tips.
Ensure the compliance to GDPR and cleanliness of the data.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify best practices.

Any experience with a CRM software.
Familiarity with HTML is appreciated but not a must.

We Will Offer You
Internship monthly allowance: 4,35EUR / hour for 35 hours per week
Meal allowance of 182,60EUR per month
