Role: Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

Location - Seattle, WA

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and tools to support validation of large-scale distributed systems.

Work closely with software engineers, system engineers, and product teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and automation coverage.

Build scalable, maintainable, and reliable end-to-end test automation pipelines integrated with CI/CD.

Develop automated test cases for APIs, microservices, cloud services, and embedded systems used in Kuiper ground and satellite systems.

Ensure system reliability, performance, scalability, and security through comprehensive test coverage.

Identify, isolate, and report defects effectively while collaborating with developers to drive quick resolutions.

Continuously improve test coverage, efficiency, and quality metrics by analyzing gaps and failures.

Contribute to code reviews, design discussions, and process improvements to foster a high-quality engineering culture.
