Job Specifications
Seeking a seasoned QA Tester with a strong foundation in both manual and automation testing to join our high-impact digital team. With over 47 million digital customers, we need professionals who understand the scale and complexity of enterprise-level testing and can ensure flawless user experiences across our platforms.
Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end testing across applications and technologies to validate business, technical, and functional requirements throughout the SDLC
Execute manual and automated test scripts based on strategic test plans to identify defects before production
Perform Production Certification testing to ensure post-deployment health
Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
Facilitate user story workshops, document stories, and lead story point discussions
Clearly articulate the business rationale behind each test case and scenario
Required Qualifications
5+ years of QA experience with a strong focus on manual and regression testing
Proven experience with web services testing (tools like Parasoft, GreenHat, SmartWare are a plus, but not required)
Strong SQL skills for data validation and backend testing
Automation testing experience using Java, Selenium (50% automation testing)
Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA and HP Quality Centre
Solid understanding of STLC, deployment processes, server environments, and production certification
Ability to discuss the scale of applications tested--candidates must have worked on apps with 1M+ users to demonstrate experience with complex systems

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.
