We’re looking for a strong Platform Engineering Manager who lives has a ton of experience defining processes, strategies & taking ownership of the platforms direction. You’ll take over a team of 4 senior platform engineers with the potential to grow this team further this year.
Tech stack: Azure, Pulumi, K8’s, Azure DevOps, Grafana, C#.
Must have:
Experience managing a team of 4+ engineers & experience implementing new structures/strategies to improve team performance.
4+ years of management experience.
Experience collaborating with wider teams & enjoys doing this while leasing with key stakeholders.
A passion for wanting to work for a tech for good business & being a part making the world a better place for people.
A strong DevOps, Platform or SRE background.
Advantageous:
Azure (any cloud is fine)
Pallumi (any IAC is fine).
