Job Summary
Work4Flow is seeking a motivated ServiceNow Technical Project Management Intern to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of ServiceNow and AI-powered projects. This internship offers hands-on exposure to technical project management in the ServiceNow ecosystem, where you'll work closely with developers, consultants, and senior project managers to ensure successful execution.
This role is designed for candidates with academic, project-based, or professional exposure to ServiceNow, who are eager to develop skills in technical delivery management while gaining experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Assist in planning and tracking ServiceNow technical projects across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and other modules.
Collaborate with developers, engineers, and consultants to ensure technical requirements are aligned with project goals.
Support the preparation of project documentation (timelines, sprint plans, SOWs, risk logs, and technical handover notes).
Participate in scrum meetings, sprint reviews, and client calls, capturing action items and follow-ups.
Help manage technical dependencies and escalate risks/issues to project leads.
Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management, Asana, or Trello) to monitor progress.
Learn and apply ServiceNow best practices for delivery, testing, and deployment under senior mentorship.
Minimum Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Project Management.
Exposure to ServiceNow projects (academic coursework, certifications, or professional experience).
Basic understanding of project management fundamentals (scope, timeline, risks, resources).
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (written + verbal).
Availability for at least 20 hours/week (flexible scheduling within U.S. business hours).
Preferred Qualifications
Prior internship or professional experience in IT project management or project coordination.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD) or ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS).
Experience with project management or collaboration tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello).
Interest in technical delivery, enterprise SaaS, and AI-powered automation.
