We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team on a 10-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave.
Nando’s has been in the UK and Ireland since 1992 and we’ve grown from a single takeaway store in Ealing, London to over 450 restaurants across all locations.

The Orders + Fulfilment Team
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team on a 10-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave. You’ll be leading a cross-functional team in the discovery and delivery of valuable products for our users.
Currently, our primary focus is optimizing the Customer Online Ordering journey to ensure it is as reliable and seamless as possible for our Delivery, Collection, and Order-at-Table customers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our thousands of daily customers receive their orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, both on our own platform and those of our external partners.
You will manage integrations with APIs developed by other domain teams within Nando’s, as well as those of multiple third-party partners, working closely with engineering, design, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation. This team isn’t just about back-end work, you will also have end-to-end ownership of several internal-facing tools. You will be accountable for enhancing the experience of hundreds of Nandocas in-restaurant every day. And collaborate with our Web and App teams to introduce new features that enhance the customer journey and surprise and delight our customers.
Responsibilities
You will:
Partner with key business stakeholders on the vision for your product(s)
Devise, own and execute the delivery of value (aligned to the product roadmap)
Discover and prioritise user needs of your product and work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements
Work together with internal development teams and subject matter experts.
Work closely with our third-party partners to ensure shared value is achieved.
Ensure business rules and processes are communicated and understood by the team
Track, analyse and communicate measures of success
Understand what features /products are available in the wider market which could improve your product or the wider service
Ensure your products meet risk and compliance requirements
Communicate with stakeholders and teams so they are fully aware of how, when, what and why, decisions are made
Skills
You have:
Product Management Expertise: Proven ability to deliver both front-end and back-end products that align with user needs and drive measurable value. Adept at creating sustainable support models that ensure product success throughout all stages of its lifecycle.
Collaborative Team Player: Skilled in working cross-functionally with technical, design, commercial, research, marketing, and operational teams. Actively contributes to knowledge-sharing and fosters collaboration within the Product Management community at Nando's.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Proficient in translating complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for diverse business audiences. Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Strong Stakeholder Management Experience: Expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Capable of guiding stakeholders through the product journey, aligning on objectives, and ensuring mutual understanding of both the "why" and the "what" of product initiatives.
You might have:
Experience with industry standard tools such as; Jira, Confluence, Miro.
Experience as a Product Owner, prioritising and managing product backlogs
Experience with both back end and internally facing digital products, ideally in the Hospitality and / or Retail industries
Experience with restaurant systems or technical products with various data flows
