What You`ll Be Doing
Working within a Lean, agile software development team, responsible for taking features through the full SDLC, following a DevOps operating model.
Working with User Experience and Product Owners to create market leading solutions to our customer`s needs.
Reviewing pull requests, participating in code reviews, and contributing to technical discussions.
Continuously refining our development processes, estimations, and contributing to technical documentation.
Debugging and optimising application performance to deliver a great user experience.
Presenting progress and results to stakeholders.

What We`re Looking for in You
Demonstrable hands-on experience in commercial software engineering with modern front-end technologies. While your expertise doesn`t need to match our tech stack precisely, you should be able to demonstrate a proven ability to write, deploy, and maintain high-quality enterprise-level code.
Strong understanding and experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL, including seamless integration into applications.
Proven ability to contribute to technical decision-making, evaluating and balancing the trade-offs between different architectural and technical approaches.
Familiarity with building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Atlassian Bamboo, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps is preferred but not essential.
Exposure to cloud deployment architectures is advantageous, though not a mandatory requirement.
Proficiency with Git version control, including an in-depth understanding of branching strategies and how they integrate into broader CI/CD workflows.
