Lead Technical Services Specialist/ Infrastructure Architect/ IT Security Specialist (UK)
• Digital champion for O365
• Deploy, install computers
• Fleet management
• Handover to users, including app install
• On behalf: Faros/SNOW (customer specific), ordering of HW, changing PC ownership
• Lifecycle of IT equipment
• Contact with external suppliers
• Should be part of VAS/Uptime support team
• Maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of the IT systems, infrastructure and back up facilities
• Point of escalation for all network and telephony technical incidents and problems. Taking ownership until problems are resolved.
Standard Support Time & Duration:
• Normal Support Duration: 8am-4.30pm (UTC) are time boundaries Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week
• Out of office support to be requested with 10 days of advance notice
