What You'll Do:
Design and implement end-to-end data architecture solutions in Microsoft Azure.
Develop, maintain, and optimize data models, pipelines, and integration frameworks using Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, and other tools.
Cleanse, validate, and transform large datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting and analytics platforms.
Integrate and harmonize data from multiple ERP systems and other enterprise applications into a unified reporting and analytics environment.
Define, implement, and enforce data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Monitor and optimize pipeline performance, proactively addressing bottlenecks and scalability challenges.
Document data processes, workflows, and standards to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and Power BI developers to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
Stay current with Azure innovations and recommend best practices.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
Hands-on experience working with and integrating data from multiple ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, or similar).
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or Spark.
Experience with Azure services (Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB).
Familiarity with Delta Lake, Spark, and Microsoft Fabric is a plus.
Background in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and big data technologies.
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
Experience with Git or other version control systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Azure certifications preferred.
