Overview:
Are you a skilled front-end developer with a passion for leadership? We’re looking for a Lead Front-End Developer with over 5 years of experience in front-end JavaScript frameworks, a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, and proven management skills. In this role, you’ll lead a team to deliver innovative, user-friendly solutions while managing resources, mentoring developers, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. A solid grasp of data handling in front-end applications and basic Python knowledge are additional assets.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of front-end developers, providing mentorship and guidance.
Design and develop high-performance, user-centric applications.
Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration and outstanding user experiences.
Drive the adoption of best practices in front-end development and team workflows.
Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and Agile delivery processes.
Stay at the forefront of front-end technologies and guide the team in adopting innovations.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience working with front-end JavaScript frameworks.
Demonstrated experience in team management and leadership.
Expertise in data handling within front-end applications.
Proven ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies.
Basic understanding of Python is a plus.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
