Location: London or Newcastle, UK
Type: Hybrid (3 days on-site per week)
£430- £530 Inside IR35 Per day
6 months contract
We are hiring an Application Support Specialist to provide second-line support for critical financial applications. You will work in a team ensuring seamless operations for over 1,000 business users, including Investment Managers and Financial Planners.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure application functionality.
Investigate and resolve issues, escalating when required.
Maintain and develop SQL/SSRS reports.
Implement upgrades and support new developments.
Train and assist 1st line support teams.
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT application support, especially CRM (eg, MS Dynamics).
Strong skills in troubleshooting, SQL, and Microsoft Server platforms.
Experience in financial services or high-pressure environments (preferred).
Availability for shift patterns and on-call support
