Responsibilities
Lead the D365 CRM consolidation project, taking over from the previous Technical Architect.
Serve as the technical lead and manage a team of three developers.
Act as the bridge between stakeholders, end-users, and the technical development team.
Manage the integration of the D365 system with other user-facing platforms.
Ensure the successful delivery of project milestones and objectives.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Architect.
Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
Strong knowledge of D365 system integrations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in both English and French is essential.
Experience working with Microsoft partners or consultancies is a plus.
