About the role:
As a Private Sites Fundraising Manager, you'll lead from the front in delivering high-impact fundraising campaigns in private sites across the UK—and beyond! Your mission? Inspire your team, raise essential funds, and help drive change for causes that matter. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and motivating a team of fundraisers to smash targets and achieve real impact.
Exploring new opportunities in private site fundraising and ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly.
Building and nurturing client relationships to ensure success and long-term partnerships.
Analyzing performance and using data to strategize and optimize fundraising results.
Collaborating with senior leadership and teams across the organization to ensure everything is aligned and maximising impact.

Proven experience in managing face-to-face fundraising campaigns with measurable success.

A strategic mindset and the ability to execute campaigns with precision and creativity.
Fluency in English (extra languages are always a bonus!)
