Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the construction team to prepare method statements and risk assessments for production activities.
Develop reports and front-end studies, including capital cost estimates, project schedules, material take-offs, and tender schedules.
Prepare technical and contract documentation for distribution and analyse returned tenders.
Maintain and update the delivery schedule to manage and control deliveries.
Use the Request for Information (RFI) system to seek clarification on queries with the design team.
Monitor progress against the project programme and issue progress reports.
Create look-ahead programmes to assist with production planning.
Conduct quality control through inspections and snagging processes.
Qualification
Degree in Electrical Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience with data centre projects is an advantage.
Familiarity with some or all of the following systems: security, fire alarm, lighting, small power, ELV, and containment
