Poste et missions :
Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités en Belgique chez un de nos clients historique dans le secteur de l’aéronautique, nous recherchons un Ingénieur étude mécanique pour participer à la conception d’équipements moteurs.

Vous aurez pour principales activités :
Participer à la conception du banc en interaction avec le bureau de dessin et les spécialistes
Réaliser les études de dimensionnement du produit (y compris modélisations et calculs, hors ceux à mener par les spécialistes).
Réaliser les études d’industrialisation du produit
La conception et fabrication du banc étant sous-traitée, il s’agira majoritairement d’activités de spécifications, suivi fournisseur (validation de la conception du banc, et suivi de fabrication)
Réaliser l’implémentation du banc chez le client
Piloter les essais de mise au point/certification/qualification (spécification, suivi et synthèse)
Mener les contacts fournisseurs (planning, techniques, livraison pièces, …).
Fournir l’information technique aux acteurs (dessin, Marque Technique, Supply Chain, …).
Etablir les dossiers de validation des procédés (fabrication, montage, essai).
Rédiger les documents de définition (hors plans).
Rédiger la documentation technique.
Participer aux réunions techniques du Projet.
Tenir à jour les tableaux d’actions issues de ces travaux.
Assurer le reporting vers la Marque Technique et le client
Profil :
Connaissances mécaniques de base - niveau ingénieur
Expérience en dimensionnement mécanique et connaissances en gestion de projet / gestion QCD (coûts, qualité, délais)
Connaissance Catia V5 et logiciel de calcul comme Ansys ou Samecf
