PLATFORM MANAGER (CAMUNDA BUILD)
LONDON HYBRID – HARBOUR EXCHANGE OR LIVERPOOL STREET
6 MONTH CONTRACT – MULTI YEAR INITIATIVE
Purpose of role:
Definition of the program to implement strategic digital enterprise workflow/ process orchestration platform and framework in EMEA
Definition of IT architecture and infrastructure requirements for this program
Mobilisation, coordination and training of resources for the program including stakeholder engagement with business and other technology teams
Establishment of process engineering capability in EMEA
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Delivery Management:
Definition of objectives, success factors, key performance indicators, business outcomes, business change and technology deliverables
Development and executions of comprehensive delivery plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, issue and risk management
Implementation of program stakeholder governance to oversee delivery, track and report progress, manage scope, issues, and risks
Manage project budgets and resources effectively
Architecture:
Conduct thorough stakeholder meetings and gather required information towards driving into capability-centric architecture
Document business requirements, business capability, process flows, and technical specifications in a clear and detailed manner
Define and design target-state capability architecture, business service catalogue which are implementable in selected workflow/process orchestration platform
Develop roadmap for replacement of the legacy end of live workflow platform and applications enabled through this platform
Business Process Improvement:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify end to end processes, pain points, inefficiencies, and areas for orchestration and automation
Analyse current processes and design innovative solutions using the selected workflow/process orchestration platform
Lead process reengineering efforts to optimize workflows and improve operational performance
Collaborate with other technology, end-user or business change teams in designing the end to end process orchestration comprising IT systems, RPA and manual steps
Platform Adoption:
Develop and execute a comprehensive solution based on the program charter
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and effective use of the platform
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by encouraging the use of the platform for process automation and digital transformation
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of technical experts, business analysts, and end-users
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment
Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve project objectives
Required Skills and Experience:
Extensive experience in Business Process, Workflow, Case Management and Orchestration solution delivery within Financial Sector and Highly Regulated environment
Experience in implementing frameworks and change programs for process orchestration in similar organisations
Extensive knowledge BMPN, DMN and best practices in enterprise process modelling, automation and orchestration
Experience in implementing Camunda, Flowable, or similar technologies into enterprise DevOps platforms and integration with on prem and cloud-based architectures
Proven experience in technical program management; proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Experience working in complete life cycle of a BPM project (designing business process to working with technical team during implementation)
Strong understanding of business process management concepts, methodologies, and tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams
Knowledge of industry best practices and standards for process improvement and digital transformation
Experience in contract management and negotiation of contracts and statements of work for software licenses, support and professional services
Thorough understanding of IT controls and software development lifecycle
Positive mindset to drive excellence and continual improvement in IT service delivery
