Job Description:
Title: Business Process Analyst
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Duration: 12 months freelance contract (extension possible)
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days remote every week)

Tasks:
Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather and document data requirements.
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and user needs to define clear and comprehensive data requirements.
Perform data analysis translating the needs into reports and visualisations.
Work closely with data architects and database developers to design and model data structures that align with business requirements.
Translate business requirements to a business case, describing As Is vs To Be and providing a Fit-Gap analysis.


Knowledge and Skills:
Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in the context of reporting and data visualization.
Proven experience understanding complex information systems and data flows.
Ability to analyse complex business processes and understand the underlying data requirements.
Deep understanding of the business domain and industry to translate business requirements into data solutions.
Strong capacity in preparing and documenting clear and comprehensive business requirements.
Familiarity with relevant technologies such as data integration tools, reporting tools and database management systems.
Understanding of data quality concepts and experience implementing data quality standards
Capability to speak to business and technical audiences.
Knowledge of SQL for data exploration

Freelance Major Incident Manager – Brussels (12-Month Contract + Extension) We are looking for a Major Incident Manager to join a Quality Management team in Brussels on a freelance basis. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days on-site per week (Friday is the fixed team day). The initial contract is for 12 months with an option for extension.
