Senior ServiceNow Developer - ITAM, HAM, SAM, ITSM
Glasgow (2/3 days onsite) - 12 month contract PAYE up to £570/day
Global financial services client is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join the team. Responsible for the overall architecture, design, implementation, and integrity of the ServiceNow application within the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on technical delivery of the ServiceNow technical solutions.
Research systems and/or programs to determine causes of failure or poor operational performance; then define, test, and implement detailed solutions.
Stay current on product developments/ releases to a level required for demonstrations and thought leadership.
Skills and Experience required:
Hands on experience in technical solution design and implementation of the ServiceNow application.
Ability to produce documentation at various levels including technical and consumer facing.
Strong background in ITAM process and ServiceNow HAM and SAM Pro development.
Expertise and experience with ServiceNow or an equivalent ITSM toolset are essential.
ServiceNow experience in the areas of ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, CSM or SecOps and HR products are desirable.
ServiceNow Certifications in all areas are highly desirable.
Experience in multiple application architectures and supporting technologies.
Expertise with scripting languages such as JavaScript.
Web service proficiency (REST, SOAP) as well as XML and JSON knowledge.

Location – Central London The Assignment This client wants to exploit publicly available, commercially available information to support its mission. It’s digital and data legacy is based on ‘high side’ working and it wants to utilise cloud-native data analytics, specifically AWS to their fullest extent to be able to rapidly evaluate data sources, tools and tradecraft, developed in house from the Free and Open Source Software community and from partners. This assignment is looking to produce a lightweight experiment to demonstrate all aspects of this capability, including the prototype tooling for experimentation and rapid tool devops, specific mission use-cases and appropriate data. This will provide the initial view of what is required to scale and productionise the capability and what further prototypes and PoCs are required to move forward. AWS are providing expertise and tooling. Location The work must be performed at the AWS office which is based in Holborn, London. You must be available to start the assignment on Monday 24th Feb. - Data Migration Lead Duration: 14 month contract Job Purpose: Lead the migration to the new AWS data platform, providing both technical leadership and hands-on engineering expertise. You will manage external suppliers and internal teams, oversee the migration pipeline, and ensure seamless collaboration to drive the successful transition to AWS.
