Role Summary:

In this role, you will plan and carry out data analysis and client reporting for a portfolio of bespoke pension schemes accurately and to agreed timescales. You will maintain scheme databases, carry out system testing, liaise with the client and internal stakeholders.

Also, help to design and develop new excel tools, process improvement and project coordination.

This is a hybrid position where you will work from any Aptia office, as well as from your home address.

Here's what you’ll be doing:

Accurately plan and carry out data analysis as required and deliver to agreed timescales.
Design and develop excel based tools.
Produce quality work within specified timescales laid down in service contracts.
Organise and prioritise own work, ensuring completion within quality standards and agreed service levels.
Provide ideas and suggestions for improving working methods and member experience, where appropriate implement and document to the line manager for adoption across the business.
Assist others on the team as required and support change and development activities within the team.

Here’s what we’re looking for:
Advanced excel skills, macros and VBA
A general knowledge of pensions administration and data analysis
Experience in Project coordination.

The Cyber Risk Analyst role is responsible for reviewing and assessing cyber security risk. This includes supply chain risk reviews, third party account reviews, managing business impact assessments, performing system risk reviews and conducting elevated privileges reviews along with other risk assessment and risk reporting activities. Key Responsibilities 1. Track and monitor all cyber risk activities, notifying action owners and escalating as required 2. Ensure risks and remediation plans are regularly addressed 3. Conduct risk assessments across all Technology department activities 4. Build an understanding and awareness of cyber security risks through the department and the wider business 5. Conduct risk assessments of new system implementations (desktop, server and cloud applications and services) as well as annual pre-emptive assessments of all existing systems. 6. Improve cyber security processes and practices to minimise and mitigate identified and unknown risks 7. Collaborate with the business to identify and enhance control processes in line with agreed frameworks 8. Work with the Information Security Team and the Technology Department on our journey through the NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework along with GovAssure compliance.
