Job Title: Communications Programme Manager
Location: Central Saint Giles, London, UK
Remuneration: £46.15 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary contract until February 2, 2026
Responsibilities:
Drive programme outcomes by developing end-to-end plans, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
Craft strategic communications for diverse stakeholder groups, enhancing engagement and information flow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish programme metrics and monitor success, adapting strategies as needed.
Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating effective decision-making and goal alignment.
Identify and address risks, implementing process improvements and best practises to enhance programme efficiency.
Create compelling narratives through storytelling, ensuring clarity and understanding for various audiences.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by gathering feedback and driving documentation updates.
Manage project roadmaps, setting clear expectations and coordinating resources to meet deliverables.
Oversee the integration of interrelated programme timelines and objectives, ensuring coherent execution.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry trends.
Skills/Experience/Education:
Proven executive communications skills with experience in developing content for leadership.
Strong background in crafting multi-level internal communications, including copywriting and slide design.
Ability to analyse data, synthesise information, and draw actionable conclusions.
Knowledge of products and industry trends related to technology.
Excellent stakeholder management and consultative skills, fostering collaboration and alignment.
Strong situational leadership capabilities, effectively engaging with senior leaders.
