In this context of growth and innovation, we are currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will join the operational maintenance team and report to the Maintenance Manager.

Your responsibilities will vary depending on your profile. You will primarily work on the following topics:
Support/Management of CAPA-related tasks connected to technical or operational maintenance on various subjects (electricity / Maintenance planning / EHS / Plan reviews / Training status checks / Creation of technical documents and/or SOPs).

Support in managing deviations.

Involvement in tasks related to electrical HSR.

Support for team management tasks to provide visibility on undertaken actions.

Other tasks/topics you may be involved in:
Management/participation in continuous improvement projects for black or clean utilities.
EHS actions / Gemba / Audits.
Drafting of procedures/technical documents.

Experience and Knowledge
A few years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a role such as CAPA/Deviation Specialist or Maintenance Engineer.
Minimum level: Medior (5years experience)

Soft Skills
Structured, autonomous, problem-solving oriented, good team spirit, excellent communication skills.

Education and Certification
Master's degree in Engineering Sciences or equivalent through experience.

Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office / SAP (experience with CAPA, Change Control, Deviations is a plus).
Familiarity with Agora / Veeva.

Languages
French: Required.
English: A plus (technical English as a minimum).
