Our client is a leading European B2B Textile brand, renowned for their timeless collections across various business segments. They are currently seeking a Demand & Supply Planning Manager in Braine-l'Alleud to play a pivotal role in building a high-performing, resilient, and customer-centric supply chain within the garment manufacturing and distribution industry.
In this new position as Demand & Supply Planning Manager, you will be reporting to the Supply Chain Director.
You will be responsible for developing strategic demand and supply plans, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring product availability to meet market needs. Your role will involve close collaboration with various teams including sales, marketing, customer service, DLO, logistics and procurement. You will also champion digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain planning function.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Develop and manage a robust demand forecasting model
Lead the S&OP process to align demand and supply planning
Create, implement, and monitor supply plans that maximize inventory turnover
Collaborate with DLO and procurement teams to ensure suppliers meet delivery performance
Utilize advanced analytics tools and ERP systems to monitor inventory, production, and demand data
Serve as a key liaison for planning-related issues across departments
About you:
Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering or related field
Minimum 7 years in supply chain planning within the textile, garment or manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of ERP (Sage X3 preferred) and planning systems (Anaplan preferred)
Proficiency in English; French and/or Dutch language skills are advantageous
Analytical and Decision-Making Skills: Ability to leverage complex data sets for strategic planning
People Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a multicultural environment
