We’re looking for two local (Canmore/Banff/Calgary) purpose-driven trailblazers to join our team ASAP:
Business Development Specialist - a connector, builder, and strategic thinker who can open doors, spark relationships, and help shape a brand on the rise; with a keen eye for systems, structure, and operational flow.
Marketing Specialist - a creative storyteller with a strong sense for brand, community, and digital growth, someone who thrives on crafting meaning and momentum through data-driven decisions and technology integration.

This is a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with the Stellar Experiences leadership team, as we collectively continue to establish the organization as a leader in delivering not only world class experiences, but best in class experiences in the luxury adventure, wellness and leadership space.
While being part of this intimate team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in meaningful projects, participate in career growth opportunities and have the autonomy to lead the growth of Stellar Experiences creatively and strategically towards set outcomes.
In this role you will be entrusted to take ownership over the success of the company and seek new and innovative opportunities to deliver upon the established objectives. Some of these include:
Stellar Experiences Organizational Objectives:
Deliver Transformative Stellar Experiences that exceed client expectations and have a profound impact through adventure, wellness and personal/leadership development.
Generate sustainable revenue through new client pipelines, collaborative partnerships, distribution channels, and direct client outreach.
Elevate the current business operating system with well documented policies and procedures that allow for the company to systemize, automate and scale.
Raise funds to empower organizations in supporting the fight against child trafficking.
Expectations:
In this role you will be entrusted to manage your time and responsibilities as they pertain to each individual project, while being mindful of the company goals and objectives, long term vision and mission, and confidentiality of the organization.
Reporting to the owners of the company, you will be responsible for the successful coordination and execution of multiple projects, while collaborating and ensuring alignment between the organization and its various stakeholders.
