About the Role - The IT Director reports to the CEO and is responsible for driving IT strategy, aligning it with business goals, and overseeing the IT department. This position ensures that IT services support manufacturing, R&D, and office operations while leading digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute an IT strategy that aligns with Stellantis e-Transmissions business objectives.
Oversee IT governance, budget management, and policy compliance.
Lead IT project management, including digital transformation, cloud migration, and ERP system optimization.
Ensure the integration of IT systems across manufacturing, R&D, and office environments.
Partner with department leaders to identify IT solutions that address business needs.
Establish and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.
Champion cybersecurity and risk management efforts in collaboration with the IT Security Engineer or CSO.
Monitor and improve IT performance through key metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
Drive integration and compliance with STLA Central IT team.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
12+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Demonstrated ability to align IT strategy with business goals.
Expertise in managing IT systems for manufacturing, R&D, and office environments.
Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP systems, PLM (Windchill), Microsoft 365, and IT project management methodologies.
Preferred:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives.
Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and managing diverse teams.
