Business Analyst – Insurance – Outside IR35 Contract
Hybrid – 6-Month Initial Contract
Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a track record of systems integration and API projects? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading insurance business embarking on a major joint venture, requiring a skilled contract BA to drive the successful integration of critical systems.
Key Details:
Location: Lincoln (3 days a week on site)
Contract: 6 months (initial) – Outside IR35
Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience
Role Overview:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the seamless integration of multiple systems and APIs within this new partnership. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, mapping processes, and ensuring smooth end-to-end system interoperability while working closely with stakeholders across both businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal and external teams to define integration requirements
Analyse and document current and future state business processes
Work closely with technical teams and third-party providers to ensure successful API and system integrations
Identify and mitigate potential risks in the integration process
Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards
Drive workshops and stakeholder engagement to align business objectives
Essential Experience:
Strong background in systems integration and API-related projects
Hands-on experience working within large-scale system migrations
Ability to liaise effectively between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
Solid understanding of data flows, process mapping, and system architecture
Excellent documentation and communication skills
