The Opportunity
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work as part of our dedicated Key Accounts Team, developing client relationships, sourcing top talent, and driving business growth.
You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality talent solutions to some of the most innovative CRO’s in the Pharmaceutical space across the world.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team that celebrates wins together and invests in your long-term success.
This is a role where you can make a measurable impact - on your clients, your candidates, and your own career trajectory.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and nurture new business opportunities through networking, outreach (lead generation, cold calling etc.) and market intelligence
Build lasting partnerships with clients and candidates across the Life Sciences sector
Manage the full recruitment cycle - from job brief to successful placement
Negotiate offers, close deals, and deliver outstanding experiences for all stakeholders
What You Bring
Proven experience in a 360-recruitment role (perm desk is preferable)
A sales-driven mindset - you love the thrill of the deal and take pride in your results
Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
The ability to work autonomously while thriving in a team environment
