Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making by analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing complex datasets. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities (C1 English level), and hands-on experience working with business and technical stakeholders.

This role is suited for professionals who can translate data into actionable insights and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity

Business & Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
Present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Support management with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting

Tools, Systems & Processes

Use data analysis and visualization tools to deliver insights
Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data models
Support data governance and compliance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must Have)

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in data analytics or a related role
English proficiency at C1 level (written and verbal)
Valid work permit / full working rights in the country of employment
Bachelor’s degree (BS) in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related domain
Strong hands-on experience with:
Data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets
Strong communication and presentation skills

Certifications (Required / Highly Relevant)

One or more relevant data analytics certifications, such as:
Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst
Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate
IBM Data Analyst Certificate
Equivalent industry-recognized data analytics certification

Preferred / Advantageous Skills

Experience working with databases and SQL queries
Basic understanding of Python or R for data analysis
Familiarity with data governance and quality standards
Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams
