Duration: 4 Months (Projected Start: 03/30/2026)

Hours: 40 hours/week, Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1–2 days in the office per week)

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Travel Required: None

Security Clearance: Yes (background check and drug screening via HireRight required)

Position Overview

Seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team on a hybrid basis. This role involves developing and integrating AI-driven solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and large language model (LLM) implementations, to enhance enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Python, JavaScript, and Angular, and a solid understanding of AI/ML integration, REST API development, and secure cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

RAG Implementation: Develop systems that retrieve and integrate enterprise data to enhance LLM responses.
Prompt Engineering: Design, evaluate, and optimize prompts to improve AI model performance.
API Development: Build secure REST APIs to integrate OpenAI models into applications.
Security & Compliance: Ensure AI solutions follow responsible AI principles, data privacy, and security standards.
