Sur site ARaymond France / Saint-Egrève, au sein du service qualité, vous êtes rattaché/e à l’équipe métrologie. Afin de garantir la qualité des produits finis, l’entreprise s’appuie sur l’expertise de ses laboratoires de Matière et de Métrologie (dimensionnelle et essais mécaniques). Ce projet d’une durée de 6 mois (démarrage février-mars) vise à consolider la qualification de nos moyens de mesure et de caractérisation pour les applications automobiles.
Role And Responsibilities
Dans ce contexte, vos missions sont les suivantes :
Déployer les études de qualification, dites R&R (Répétabilité et Reproductibilité), des moyens de mesures des laboratoires (ex. Machine tridimensionnelle, vision optique, dureté et micro-dureté, essais en traction)
Challenger les études faites : amélioration des méthodes, préconisation d’évolution, etc
Coordonner les études : choix de la méthode, des références, des échantillons, des opérateurs, planification
Analyser les résultats des mesures
Proposer des axes d’amélioration dans la mise en œuvre et les protocoles de mesures (programmes de mesure, supports, etc)
Education And Experience
Etudiant niveau bac+5, en cursus mesures, métrologie ou instrumentation.
Skills
Connaissances en outils statistiques
Maîtrise des outils bureautique (word, excel powerpoint).
Personne de terrain, Autonome et dynamique,
Rigueur dans la réalisation des mesures, organisation de son activité, démarche pro-active
Très bonne communication et sens de l’écoute
