Job Description:

IAM Engineer (Build & Automate Layer)

Primary Mission:

Turn architecture and policy into working, automated controls. This is the builder/integrator.

Core Responsibilities

Implement:

o SailPoint connectors

o AD / Entra provisioning logic

o Workflows (JML, exceptions, emergency disable)

o Dynamic groups

o Transforms and rules

Integrate:

o HR and non-employee source systems

o PAM

o SIEM

o Ticketing systems

Automate:

o Identity refreshes

o Exception expiry

o Provisioning error handling

Support:

o Lower environments

o Testing and validation

Own:

o Code quality

o Configuration management

Skills Required:

3+ years in SailPoint configuration and build

Working experience with AD / Entra ID

Strong knowledge Azure IAM concepts

Experience with REST APIs, JSON

Strong scripting with PowerShell

Data management and schema definition

Experience with the following: SCIM / SAML / OAuth / OpenIDC

Engineering:

CI/CD concepts

Environment promotion

Logging & troubleshooting

Automation
