Position: Software Developer
Location: Madison, WI
This role is a hybrid position where you are responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing in-house software applications while also providing day-to-day technical support to employees. The position bridges application development and frontline IT support, ensuring systems are reliable, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs.
Position Overview- Key Responsibilities (Full details on attached job description):
Maintain and enhance existing applications
Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues in collaboration with IT Team
Provide support for all first- and second-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and system access issues via phone and onsite support
Setup, configure, and maintain end-user equipment

Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of three years’ experience in a related field
Working knowledge of programming language and familiar with software lifecycle
Knowledge of desktop operating systems, common business applications and network concepts
Have valid driving license and be insurable to drive to locations throughout Wisconsin to assist with technical needs
