Position Overview
The STLA Cyber Navigator - CORF role serves as the primary interface between the CISO organization and the Stellantis HR and Finance domains. This role is responsible for embedding cybersecurity into business processes by promoting awareness, enabling informed decision-making, and ensuring alignment with the global cybersecurity strategy.
The STLA Cyber Navigator - CORF acts as a trusted advisor to HR and Finance leadership, translating cybersecurity expectations into actionable guidance, strengthening risk visibility, and supporting resilient business operations across workforce, financial, and sensitive data domains. This position is allocated to CISO and operates under the Cybersecurity Business Partner – STLA
Cyber Navigator structure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cybersecurity Business Enablement & Communication
Act as the central liaison between ICT, HR, and Finance, ensuring consistent communication of cybersecurity priorities and expectations.
Translate technical cybersecurity requirements into business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders.
Drive cybersecurity awareness through structured communication plans, internal campaigns, and training coordination.
2. Risk Visibility, Insights & Reporting
Provide risk insights and visibility through dashboards, KPIs, and structured reporting tailored to HR and Finance.
Consolidate and interpret cybersecurity intelligence related to:
Critical Assets
3rd Part Relationships
Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
Identity and access governance linked to HR lifecycle events
Control monitoring and compliance
Sensitive data handling
Coordinate vulnerability, incident, and control-related information to support data-driven decision-making.
3. CISO Design Authority – HR & Finance Integration
Represent HR and Finance requirements in cybersecurity design authority discussions, ensuring business needs are understood and addressed.
Support Cyber in reviewing HR- and Finance-related initiatives (e.g., payroll systems, workforce platforms, digital tools, outsourcing solutions).
4. Cyber Incident Support
Support HR and Finance stakeholders in understanding their roles in cybersecurity incident response.
Coordinate structured post-incident reviews, ensuring lessons learned are captured, communicated, and embedded into business processes.
Track remediation actions and support follow-up activities to reduce recurrence and improve resilience.
Ensure alignment with global Cyber incident management standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information security, Information Technology, or related field.
Fluent English — mandatory, able to communicate with global and regional stakeholders.
2 or more years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, business partnering, or governance-related roles.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk frameworks, and governance practices.
Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business language.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influence skills.
Experience with incident management processes and post-incident reviews is a plus.
Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or equivalent).
Experience in large multinational environments.
