This is a hybrid position based in Brussels, Belgium.

Frontend Engineer’s At Collibra Are Responsible For

Designing, developing and maintaining new features to further improve our products.
Establishing strong relationships across multiple teams to achieve results and partnering with others to implement new functionalities with an emphasis on quality.
Developing efficient clean code and serve as an expert in best practices for coding and help more junior members improve their practices.
Following agile process (Scrum) to make sure your deliverables are visible for the entire team and company stakeholders.
Demonstrating results / functionality / change / recommendations.
Taking direct ownership of challenges found and working collaboratively through these with others by sharing your ideas.
Contribute in efforts to invent, design and build software that is both stable and meets customer objectives.

You Have

Professional experience in building large and scalable web applications with Javascript, Typescript, CSS, HTML, React, Material UI and Jest.
Work experience in building products intended for real-time on-demand environments e.g. SaaS, Internet/Digital, or Cloud Products.
Knowledge of OO principles, Design Patterns, functional programming, clean code principles, and Agile processes (Scrum) in developing and delivering software.
Ability to communicate effectively in English - we’re a global team and English is the most spoken language.
Work experience with at least one of the following additional technologies: NX, Node, GraphQL/Restful APIs, ZOD, Playwright, Storybook/Chromatic, Accessibility/Internationalization.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required.
This is a full time employment position. As of this time, we are not considering freelance or B2B arrangements for this role.
You must have work authorization to work in Brussels, Belgium.
