About The Job
The Network and Storage Product Tribe is composed of PMs and PMMs that pair with developers in order to build, deploy in production, scale and maintain all the products from Scaleway's Network and Storage ecosystems. The products we build aim to facilitate our clients' lives by providing them with cloud products that enable them to optimize their network architecture and serve all of their data storage needs.

Consequently, our clients do not have to build their infrastructure from scratch and can focus their resources on their added value: building their core business apps!

As of today, the Network and Storage tribe embeds different types of products, including Load Balancer, Network Edge products, Private Network, Objects Storage and Block Storage. Not to mention all the products that still need to be built to extend our ecosystem!

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for managing a team of Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers in the Network and Storage ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Management:
Coach and manage a team of Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers of various seniority in their daily job and career
Identify pain points and opportunities to help them in their operational duties
Take on the role of acting PM/PMM when needed
Product Leadership:
Articulate a product vision and strategy with the team (on both Network and Storage areas of cloud computing) to guide your product perimeter
Own the P&L of each of the products in your scope
Collaborate with and drive Engineering and Operations on the deployment and rollout of new Network and Storage products
Ability to be an ambassador for product management internally and externally
Lead by example, values servant leadership
Product Ops:
Improve the product team processes when needed and drive the implementation of the solution
Contribute to Product Management and Product Marketing best practices inside and outside the team



Minimum Qualifications

More than 10 years of experience in Product Management (Discovery, Delivery, clients Interviews, crafting a product strategy and implementing it)
Experience developing and/or using cloud products and services
Proven management experience, as well as experience on coaching/mentoring to make individuals and teams shine
Ability to articulate a clear strategy on a product scope and evangelize it internally
Tenacity and proactivity to carry the product team and drive the implementation and deployment of new product and services
Great communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Very good command of English



Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated track of setting OKR-driven objectives
Experience with Product Marketing methodologies and collaboration between Product Management and Product Marketing
Experience with Network and/or Storage products



Location

Based in our offices in Paris, Lille, Bordeaux or Toulouse.
