- Solution implementation
- Assist and provide guidelines, guidance and directions to developers based on architectural views and orientations
- Should be an expert in SQL, SSL & JavaScript coding

Responsibilities: Develop reports against the line items in the cost model so that we they can bill accordingly. Reports should be created in such a way that they can clone and create one per customer. Reports should include current usage, monthly average, peak usage, lowest usage and provisioned quota. Dashboard produced to give single pane of glass against all customers usage and cost. Report per service to understand billable cost against utilization and total capacity. Create meaningful infrastructure health dashboards. For the VCF/Omnissa/VxRail stack you may already have some of these we can utilise. Develop these further for other hosted services such as InfoBox, HashiCorp Vault. Reporting to the Head of IT Solutions, the Solutions Specialist / Case Developer will sit within the Business Solutions team within IT. You will be responsible for the delivery of quality application development and scripting that help our users and clients solve commercial challenges and drive efficiency within the firm. You will be part of a team responsible for configuring key business software applications, ensuring that the solutions deliver their full potential. This includes a mix of technologies such as SSRS and assisting with basic case management workflow, such as scripting Word templates. This role will be a bridge between the legal applications team and the development teams and will have responsibilities covering both areas. Main Responsibilities Technical deployment - responsible for developing business solutions that interface with the line of business applications of the firm as well as customising and configuring off the shelf software or cloud based applications; Workflow and integration development - building and maintaining process improvement workflows across the line of business application stack using the platforms available. Assisting others to integrate workflows into line of business applications; Provide MI through various methods like SSRS (scheduled reports / intranet dashboards). Collaborate with members of the wider IT team to help ensure that case management reports are delivered to users which are relevant, insightful and integrate tightly with both the case management system and the practice management finance data; Design and build changes to new and existing applications. Willingness to be flexible in the technology and methodology used deliver projects depending on the requirement and timescale. Any prior experience working under an Agile software development environment a benefit. Knowledge of application ecosystems - installation, desktops, networks, databases, servers, IIS, Security. Commercial awareness and inquisitiveness that allows you to understand the challenges faced by the firm and its clients and develop solutions to match. Ability to quickly identify tasks that may be at risk, communicating early to manage expectations accordingly. Excellent planning and organisational skills.
