**Job title:** Content Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the creation, execution, and optimisation of social media and editorial content for client brands. Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring that content strategies align with marketing objectives, budgets, and timelines while maintaining brand voice and quality across platforms. **Expactations:** - Deliver high‑impact social and editorial campaigns on schedule. - Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders. - Demonstrate commercial awareness and identify growth opportunities for client portfolios. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement social content strategies and editorial calendars. - Act as main point‑of‑contact for social and content projects, communicating daily with clients. - Manage community activity on brand pages and produce engaging posts. - Coordinate with writers, designers, creatives, and media experts to ensure brand consistency. - Plan resource allocation using the Traffic Planner and monitor project status. - Handle administrative tasks: budgets, client approvals, POs, and reporting. - Identify and propose growth opportunities to Account Directors and Content Leads. **Required Skills:** - 2–3 years of agency experience in advertising, marketing, or communication. - In‑depth knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and related ad platforms (Business Manager, Ads Manager, Campaign Manager). - Experience with social monitoring tools (Sprinklr, OBI4wan, Falcon, Meltwater, etc.). - Proficiency in Canva for quick visual adaptations. - Strong understanding of social media buying, strategy, and optimisation. - Commercial mindset with ability to spot and pursue engagement opportunities. - Excellent organisational, detail‑oriented, and structured workflow skills. - Fluent in Dutch and English (B1–C1); French is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field. - Certifications in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy are advantageous.
