Job Description: **Job Title:** Data Analyst **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and predictive models to support finance and sales operations. Drive automation of data flows between MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Power BI, ensuring data integrity and timely delivery of insights for strategic decision‑making. **Expectations:** - Deliver clean, reliable data across systems. - Provide actionable insights that influence pricing, profitability, and expansion. - Collaborate across departments in a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment. - Communicate findings in English to internal and international stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Construct and automate ETL pipelines between MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Power BI. - Maintain data synchronization, cleansing, and security post‑processing. - Build and update Power BI dashboards tracking revenue, KPIs, and department performance. - Monitor operational indicators for sales, marketing, support, and operations. - Automate generation and distribution of analytic reports. - Develop predictive models to estimate future revenue potential of new centers. - Conduct ad‑hoc analyses to guide pricing, profitability, and expansion strategies. **Required Skills:** - Advanced SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL). - Power BI analysis, dashboard design, and data modelling. - ETL design and implementation. - Data quality management and governance. - Predictive modelling fundamentals. - Strong analytical and business‑oriented mindset. - English proficiency (verbal and written). - (Optional) Experience with Odoo ERP. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, or related field. - Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or equivalent. - Minimum 2 years of professional data analysis experience.
