Job Title: Business Analyst
Role Summary:
Translate business needs into functional solutions, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of project deliverables. Act as a liaison among business users, product teams, and technical partners to clarify requirements, facilitate execution, and drive successful deployments.
Expectations:
* Produce accurate, traceable functional specifications and related artifacts.
* Guide testing, deployment, and adoption activities to meet project objectives.
* Maintain rigorous documentation and process governance.
* Collaborate across departments to prioritize and estimate work and ensure zero‑reject CAB submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and document business requirements, producing detailed Functional Specifications (SFD) and business rules.
* Design and maintain techno‑functional workflows aligned with target processes.
* Identify gaps between current solutions and business needs; recommend enhancements or changes.
* Manage end‑to‑end traceability of requirements from user story to deployment.
* Create and maintain use‑case scenarios, test cases, UAT plans, regression scripts, user manuals, and procedures.
* Prepare and execute unit, integration, and UAT tests; document results and defects.
* Coordinate with development, integration, and business teams to clarify requirements and manage change.
* Support deployment preparation, post‑release monitoring, and transition to RUN support.
* Provide functional training, support, and adoption guides to end users.
* Qualify and formalize change requests: impact, scope, value criteria, and acceptance criteria.
* Verify documentation completeness prior to CAB meetings.
* Participate in effort estimation, prioritization, and backlog grooming with the Domain Project Manager.
Required Skills:
* Strong analytical, structural, and modeling capabilities (BPMN, UML).
* Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, and testing tools.
* Understanding of ERP, WMS, TMS, PLM, and digital/supply‑chain environments.
* Excellent written communication, synthesis, and stakeholder collaboration.
* Detail‑oriented, methodical, and organized.
* Value‑centric mindset focused on continuous improvement.
Required Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor of Science (Bac+5) or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Data Management, or Project Management.
* Prior experience in digital, ERP, supply‑chain, or IT environments is an asset.
