**Job Title**: Project Manager (Deployment) **Role Summary**: Oversees end-to-end deployment of managed WiFi and network solutions for clients, ensuring project success through coordination of technical, budgetary, and operational resources. Acts as primary client contact for project delivery and service quality. **Expectations**: Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality deployment of projects; drive continuous process improvement; support pre-sales activities; maintain autonomous stakeholder relationships. **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout deployment lifecycle. - Plan and validate technical and budgetary audits. - Coordinate internal/external resources (vendors, auditors) to manage project execution. - Manage interdependencies with stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. - Deliver detailed project progress reporting for strategic and financial oversight. - Ensure adherence to commitments on quality, timelines, and costs. - Propose innovative deployment processes, vendor solutions, and contribute to pre-sales support. **Required Skills**: - Project management experience in telecommunications/IT. - Strong technical understanding of WiFi, LAN/WAN, and network deployment. - Stakeholder management and client communication skills. - Resource coordination, risk mitigation, and budget control. - English proficiency (spoken/written); additional languages (Spanish, Italian, German) advantageous. - Problem-solving, organizational rigor, and autonomous decision-making. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree or higher (Engineering, Business, or equivalent). - Proven project management track record in telecom or related fields.
