**Job Title:** Human Resources Systems Analyst (Fixed Term Contract) **Role Summary:** Provide day‑to‑day administration and optimization of HR technology platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, ZenDesk) while generating data‑driven insights to support people‑centric decisions. **Expectations:** - 9‑month fixed‑term contract. - Full engagement with HR operations, data management, reporting, and system enhancement projects. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Administer and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. 2. Perform timely data entry, updates, and audits. 3. Generate and analyze reports to identify trends in recruitment, performance, and employee engagement. 4. Participate in system projects: test new features, document processes, implement enhancements. 5. Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance. 6. Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and process documentation. 7. Support day‑to‑day HR operational tasks as required. **Required Skills:** - Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy. - Advanced math and analytical skills. - Problem‑solving and adaptability in a dynamic environment. - Proficiency in Excel/G‑Sheets, G‑Suite, Microsoft Office, or similar. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. - Interest in technology efficiencies and human resources. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Enrolled in, or completed, a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. - Prior coursework or experience in HR or related areas is a plus but not mandatory.
