Head of Marketing, EMEA Field Marketing
**Role Summary**
Senior executive responsible for leading the EMEA field marketing organization, driving demand generation, brand advocacy, and high‑impact marketing initiatives that translate into measurable revenue growth. Operates at the intersection of global and regional strategy, working closely with the CMO, EMEA SVP of Revenue, and sales leadership to align marketing programs with business objectives.
**Expectations**
- Deliver revenue‑impacting results across EMEA markets through data‑driven demand gen and brand programs.
- Build and scale a high‑performance field marketing team, including hiring, mentorship, and performance management.
- Act as a strategic partner to sales, ensuring alignment of marketing initiatives with sales targets and needs.
- Own key marketing metrics (brand awareness, lead generation, advocacy) and continuously refine tactics to optimize ROI.
- Execute integrated, multi‑channel campaigns that address buyer pain points and accelerate pipeline creation.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Own the field marketing function and associated key marketing and demand metrics in EMEA.
2. Develop and execute the regional demand generation strategy, directly aligned to global and local business growth goals.
3. Identify market and sales challenges and opportunities in UK/Nordics, Central Europe, Southern Europe, and retail segments.
4. Lead, develop, and manage the EMEA Field Marketing team, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and high‑performance culture.
5. Collaborate with global marketing to adapt and deliver globally relevant campaigns that drive regional revenue.
6. Partner with sales to ensure joint goal setting, shared insights, and execution of demand‑driven programs.
7. Build and maintain a predictable pipeline for new business and account expansion.
8. Design and launch integrated, multi‑channel campaigns (webinars, tradeshows, digital, events) addressing specific buyer personas and segments.
9. Leverage data analytics to evaluate program performance and inform continuous optimization.
10. Foster collaboration across product, sales, and customer success to enhance the end‑to‑end customer journey.
**Required Skills**
- Strategic planning and execution in B2B SaaS or technology enterprise.
- Proven experience in demand generation, brand building, and advocacy at a regional or global scale.
- Leadership and talent development – ability to build, coach, and retain a high‑performance team.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Data‑driven decision making, with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
- Industry certifications (e.g., PMP, Google Analytics, HubSpot, CMO) are an advantage but not mandatory.
