**Job Title**: Product Manager **Role Summary** Own end‑to‑end ownership of product backlog, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and engineering execution. Drive feature definition, schedule planning, and release coordination for a SaaS investigations platform. Act as the primary advocate for customer experience, market insight, and partner integration, aiming to accelerate growth and platform scalability. **Expactations** - Deliver high‑value features within defined timelines, balancing scope with business ROI. - Communicate effectively across cross‑functional teams (engineering, customer success, marketing, partners). - Maintain and improve product performance metrics (KPIs, OKRs). - Continuously gather and synthesize user feedback and market data to prioritize backlog. - Foster a culture of agile best practices and data‑driven decision making. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and refine product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Lead agile ceremonies (sprints, stand‑ups, retrospectives). - Partner with engineering to create realistic release schedules and manage dependencies. - Coordinate with customer success to design onboarding, training, and support for complex deployments. - Identify and evaluate new partner or integration opportunities to extend platform capabilities. - Own customer engagement for product launches, ensuring alignment with go‑to‑market strategies. - Analyze product usage data, conduct impact assessments, and report findings to stakeholders. - Build in‑house technical knowledge of platform architecture, cloud (AWS) deployments, and SaaS operations. **Required Skills** - Product and project management in software/SaaS environment. - Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog grooming. - Strong analytical skills: KPI tracking, OKR formulation, data analysis. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑department collaboration. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for non‑technical audiences. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent) and modern delivery pipelines. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent industry experience. - 3+ years in product or project management roles. - Post‑graduate technical qualification or certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, PMP) are advantageous.
