Job Description

**Job Title** Senior Azure IAM Engineer / Cloud Security Engineer **Role Summary** Design, implement, and optimize Azure privileged access control and identity governance. Clean legacy permission artifacts, model secure RBAC and custom roles, automate audits and reviews, monitor privileged usage, and collaborate across IAM, I&O, and security teams to embed best practices in a complex cloud environment. **Expectations** - Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience. - Fluency in French (C1) and English (B2). - Strong sense of autonomy and self‑direction. - Ability to work productively in a multi‑discipline, cross‑team context. **Key Responsibilities** - Inventory and analyze existing Azure permissions across Management Groups, Subscriptions, and Resource Groups. - Remove unmanaged or unwanted inheritance from the Management Group root. - Design and implement secure, business‑aligned RBAC role models, including custom roles. - Automate access reviews and audit processes using PowerShell and Azure CLI. - Monitor privileged role usage (Owner, Global Admin, etc.), detect anomalies, and propose remediation. - Collaborate with IAM, I&O, and security teams to integrate roles into existing workflows. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of role definitions, inheritance rules, and assignment processes. - Perform activity log monitoring, generate reports, and support incident investigations. **Required Skills** - In‑depth knowledge of Azure RBAC, Entra ID, PIM, and custom role lifecycle. - Proficiency in PowerShell and Azure CLI for automation and scripting. - Understanding of Azure limits (assignment counts, inheritance, etc.). - Cloud security and access governance expertise. - Experience managing complex technical projects in multi‑team environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Microsoft SC‑300, Identity and Access Administrator – required. - Microsoft SC‑104, Azure Administrator Associate – desired but not mandatory.
